Travelpoint en Gray Dawes stappen in deze periode over van Amadeus als GDS naar Sabre. Het aanbod van vluchten, hotels, treinen en huurauto’s is naar Travelpoint gebracht via een distributiesysteem, het GDS (Global Distribution System). De reisagent Gray Dawes Travel is ook aangesloten op hetzelfde systeem.
Oudere boekingen met een toekomstige datum kunnen tijdelijk niet online worden geannuleerd. Dit geldt voor boekingen die vóór 20 september 2026 zijn gemaakt. Na 20 september is het weer mogelijk om hotel-, trein- en autohuur boekingen zelf online te annuleren.
Wil je een hotel-, trein- of autoboeking gemaakt vóór 20 september annuleren? Vraag dan de annulering via een tripbericht aan (via het bericht-icoontje binnen je reisoverzicht in Atriis).
Weet je niet zeker of je boeking in Amadeus of Sabre is gemaakt of heb je aanvullende vragen, neem dan contact op met Gray Dawes Travel.
Wijzigingen en annuleringen van vluchtboekingen lopen zoals voorheen via Gray Dawes Travel.

Cancellations of older hotel, train, and car reservations must temporarily be made through a travel agent
During this period, Travelpoint and Gray Dawes are switching from Amadeus to Sabre as their GDS. The selection of flights, hotels, trains, and rental cars is made available to Travelpoint through a distribution system known as the GDS (Global Distribution System). The travel agency Gray Dawes Travel is also connected to the same system.
Older bookings with a future date cannot be canceled online for the time being. This applies to bookings made before September 20, 2026. After September 20, you’ll once again be able to cancel hotel, train, and car rental bookings yourself online.
Would you like to cancel a hotel, train, or car rental reservation made before September 20? Please request the cancellation via a trip message (using the message icon in your trip overview in Atriis).
